Pickers wanted!

Our client, a well-established and reputable business based in Maddington, is seeking experienced and reliable Pick Packers to join their team on a casual, ongoing basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for casual long-term work and with a supportive and friendly team environment.

Key Responsibilities



Picking a variety of products from racking, including paint, adhesives, and garden supplies (e.g. soil and fertilisers)



Using an RF scanner to accurately scan and pick stock



Operating a pallet rider to transport picked items



Preparing orders for dispatch, including wrapping pallets using a wrapping machine



Working towards and achieving picking KPIs:



320 lines per shift OR



4,500kg per shift

About You



Previous warehouse and picking experience is essential (recent experience preferred)



Comfortable using RF scanners



Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg repetitively



Strong understanding of meeting productivity targets/KPIs



Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence



Able to commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with long-term availability



Communication skills

Roster



Monday to Friday



6:00am – 2:06pm



Alternative shift available: 7:30am – 3:36pm
